RFC Dallas, Inc. is a nonprofit flying club based at Addison Airport (KADS) in the heart of the DFW metroplex. The purpose of our Club is to provide a well-maintained fleet of aircraft at economical rates to our members, and to provide a wide range of educational and social opportunities that facilitate growth, networking, and just "plane" fun.

Fill out the RFC Membership Application

Attend a Club meeting and have the following items prepared to submit*:

Completed and signed application
- Copies of your pilot certificate (front and back) and medical
- Completed and signed Credit Card Form (Club members are required to keep a credit card on file)

Pay your membership deposit of $500. We'll cover payment options at the meeting. Please note that there is also a non-refundable initiation fee of $65, which helps cover administrative costs. This fee will be charged to the credit card you keep on file with the Club so that we can authorize the card.

We'll then give you instructions on how to get access to drive on the Addison airport. This is an airport security requirement.

Once the above steps are completed, you'll receive your login information for the online scheduling system, and you can schedule a check-out and start flying!
Why Attend a Meeting?
We hold a brief Prospective Member meeting at the end of the general meeting. You'll have a chance to learn more about the Club, get additional questions answered, see our online scheduling system, and meet other members. What if I have BasicMed?
We accept it! Instructions are outlined below:

Fill out the BasicMed Certification Form, attach the required exhibits listed in the form, and sign the form (on both the first page and on Exhibit C)

Submit the signed form and attachments, along with your signed application and other required documents to join.
*Submitting Documents:
Please submit all documents (signed forms and required pilot documents) electronically to our Vice President. Additionally, we do require "wet ink" forms to be on file. Once you have submitted everything electronically, please mail all signed forms to the Club's P.O. Box:

We're glad you're interested in becoming a fellow RFC member! Whether you're an aspiring pilot working on your private pilot certificate, or you're a professional pilot looking to meet your general aviation needs, we welcome you and look forward to seeing you at our next Club meeting.
